主阿，我们向你献上赞美、感谢和敬拜。我们的心喜乐、灵跳跃，我们从深处宝爱你，愿意跟随你！我们实在愿意吸取你的丰富，享受你的丰满！

Lord, Our hearts rejoice and our spirits leap. We treasure You deep within, and we want to be fully open to You.

经节：

神是灵；敬拜祂的，必须在灵和真实里敬拜。(约4:24)

God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truthfulness.(John4:24)
