主，你的话语从来不稀少，你的启示一再临到我们，我们感谢你，我们敬拜你。主，求你帮助我们，我们需要你，我们在每一面都需要你！

Lord, we thank You that Your word has never been rare among us; rather, Your revelation has come to us again and again. We worship You.

凡较力争胜的，诸事都有节制；他们不过是要得能坏的华冠，我们却是要得不能坏的华冠。(林前9:25)

Everyone who contends exercises self-control in all things; they may receive a corruptible crown, but we, an incorruptible.(1Cor.9:25)
