新约这新的筵席

祷告：

主阿，求你在这里运行，在我们众人身上，并众人心里运行，使我们自由，使我们灵里开启。但愿句句话都是粮食，都能供应我们！

Lord, operate here. Operate among and in us, that we can be free and that our spirits can be enlightened.

经节：

耶稣拿起饼来，祝福了，就擘开，递给他们说，你们拿去，这是我的身体。 又拿起杯来，祝谢了，递给他们。(可14:22~23)

He took bread and blessed it, and He broke it and gave it to them, and said, Take; this is My body.(Mark 14:22~23)
