祷告：
主，在我们的所是里，有一个一直犯错的性能。我们信靠你能拯救我们，使我们学习如何拒绝我们的己，如何否认我们的己！
Lord, we trust in You
to deliver us that we may learn how to reject, how to deny, ourselves.
经节：
若有人要跟从我，就当否认己，背起他的十字架，并跟从我。(可8:34)
If anyone wants to follow after Me, let him deny himself
and take up his cross and follow
