禱告：

主，我們感謝你，我們正享受基督的豐富，作為新陳代謝變化我們的元素，使我們藉這新陳代謝的作用，有分於神的神性到極點！

Lord, we thank You that we are enjoying the riches of Christ that transforms us metabolicall.

經節：

不要模仿這世代，反要藉著心思的更新而變化，叫你們驗證何為神那美好、可喜悅、並純全的旨意。(羅12:2)

Do not be fashioned according to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of the mind.(Rom.12:2)
