我們要時時儆醒常常祈求

禱告：

主，我們要向你敞開我們自己，求你向我們打開你自己，使我們與你有透徹的交通。主阿，用你的寶血遮蓋我們，用膏油塗抹我們！

We open ourselves to You that we may have a thorough fellowship with You. Lord, cover us with Your precious blood and anoint us.

經節：

但你們要時時儆醒，常常祈求，使你們得勝，能逃避這一切要發生的事，得以站立在人子面前。(路21:36)

Be watchful at every time, beseeching that you would prevail to escape all these things and stand before the Son of Man.(Luke21:36)
